Returns and Refunds

At FINCHCRAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@finchfinds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
